Training Regulations

Safety is paramount. Safety will always be priority NUMBER ONE.

Weapon Safety Rules:

  1. Treat every weapon as if it were loaded.
  2. Never point a weapon at anything you do not intend to shoot.
  3. Keep your finger straight and off the trigger until you are ready to fire.
  4. Keep the weapon on safe until you intend to fire.
  5. Know your target and what lies in between and beyond it.
  6. Don't be an asshole.

General Rules:

  1. Everybody is a safety officer. Call an immediate cease-fire or stop if you observe a situation that you feel is unsafe. In the case of a cease-fire, all weapons will be unequipped. Do not wait to be told.
  2. If you should encounter a stoppage, apply immediate and/or remedial action and complete the drill. Continue with the drill until you hear the command to cease-fire, at which point you will comply unless told to do otherwise by a safety officer.
  3. Always respect safety officers and abide by their commands.
  4. If you are moving too fast and become uncomfortable, notify the Cadre.
  5. Be especially cautious when utilizing HE assets, explosives, and all other potentially dangerous tools.
  6. Anyone deemed a range safety violator can and will be removed from the event and annotated.
